Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care in Bothell, WA seeks a compassionate CNA/HCA or caregiver to provide in-home support for a client. Part-time daytime shifts are available between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, with flexible scheduling across days.

You will follow the client's care plan, ensure safety, and communicate with family and the care team to maintain independence and comfort. The role requires current WA CNA or HCA credential, CPR certification, and a dependable, respectful approach.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CNA or HCA credential.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable approach to caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, bathing, and dressing as needed.
• Support safe ambulation and mobility inside and outside the home.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and recommended activities.
• Provide companionship and engage the client in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist with daily routines and activities.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior.
• Communicate effectively with the client, family, and care team.
