Job summary

Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide in-home support in Everett, WA. The role includes assisting with daily living, transportation for appointments, and following the client’s care plan to maintain comfort and independence.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle, with hours Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Compensation is $21.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA active license required.
• CPR certification from American Heart Association preferred/required as applicable.
• Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility inside/outside the home.
• Safely transport the client to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Prepare and serve meals following dietary requirements.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Provide companionship and engage client in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Monitor and communicate changes in client condition.
• Communicate with family, nurses, and care team.
