Job summary

Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a Finni Health company, seeks a part-time Behavior Technician in Chattanooga to provide in-home ABA therapy to children under a BCBA’s supervision, delivering one-on-one sessions and collecting data on progress.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience with children, and a willingness to obtain RBT certification (CPR preferred). Mileage reimbursement is offered, with training and growth opportunities in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Early intervention experience (ages 2-6) is required.
• School-based experience is required.
• Active CPR certification is preferred.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
