Responsibilities

• Produce and proofread recurring weekly worship and congregational communications.
• Create and adapt visual and digital presentation materials using established templates and branding.
• Format the church’s e-newsletter and selected congregational emails.
• Update priority website/event content and create simple graphics and promotional materials.
• Coordinate communications for annual stewardship and fundraising campaigns.
• Prepare gift acknowledgements and donor thank-you correspondence and maintain gratitude/follow-up systems.
• Use templates, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency while preserving accuracy.
