Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by performing access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and retrieve badges, and maintain records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify security concerns.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership regarding access-control activity and observations.
