Qualifications

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required as a condition of employment.
• Valid driver's license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by security procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for residents, guests, deliveries, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and contractor entry records per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to identify hazards.
