You will provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors, conducting access-screening procedures and verifying credentials at a technology facility. The role involves monitoring access points, reporting issues, and responding to incidents with calm, solution-focused actions. Shifts typically include Tue/Wed 1:00 PM–9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors at a technology facility by carrying out site-specific access-screening procedures.
• Screen incoming personnel and visitors, verify credentials and permissions before access.
• Monitor access points and maintain screening-related records; report irregularities to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols around entry areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
