Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist (Dip Clerk) for a part-time role in Ohio. You will greet guests, prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts, and food service items, while ensuring accurate POS transactions and safe store operations.

The position requires reliable English communication, ability to lift items, and adherence to all policies. Shifts may include 1st, 2nd or 3rd with a pay range of $11.50–$13.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment, including POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and make change accurately.
• Ability to raise at least 10 pounds and handle packages up to 21 pounds into a dip cabinet.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature Hi Five Guest Experience at all times.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, cups, sundaes and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately and securely.
• Stock shelves and maintain dip cabinet, freezers and displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and monitor equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and other reports as assigned.
