Job summary

Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is hiring part-time Scoopers for our Woodland Hills shop in Los Angeles, CA. Scoopers act as ambassadors, delivering hospitality and helping guests enjoy all menu items.

We offer $20.00 per hour with an average $11 per hour in tips. Must be 18+, have a food handlers certificate, and be available to work at least three shifts per week, including late nights past 12 am. Join a team with competitive pay, flexible scheduling and free ice cream on shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly, with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality
• Scoop and serve guests all menu items while maintaining quality and presentation
• Serve as a Van Leeuwen Ambassador, educating guests on flavors and offerings
• Prepare all fresh, house made menu items daily
• Operate the Square POS System for seamless checkout
• Follow food safety procedures and maintain sanitation
• Maintain store cleanliness and routine tasks (stocking, inventory, cleaning)
• Follow safety, grooming, and conduct standards
