BayMark Health Services is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Springfield, IL to support opioid addiction treatment at MedMark Treatment Centers. The role involves patient history, exams, and coordinating methadone/buprenorphine care in an outpatient setting.
The position requires IL licensure, rehab training, compassionate care for diverse patients, and a clear background check. EMR documentation and dosing supervision are essential responsibilities.
At MedMark, we take a patient-centered approach to opioid addiction treatment. In the first days of treatment, we'll design an individualized plan that's suited to patient needs. We don't just offer rehabilitation counseling and methadone treatment, MedMark clinics also provide physical evaluations, drug screenings, case management services, relapse prevention education, and after-care planning. Additionally, certain clinic locations offer methadone detox, buprenorphine maintenance, and group counseling. All of our services focus on helping our patients achieve long-term sobriety to enhance wellbeing and improve quality of life.
Salary ranges from $59.00 to $61.58 an hour.
The salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training.
