Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, and support maintenance team; promote safety and service.
• Coordinate service requests and preventive maintenance for timely completion.
• Oversee make-ready operations and prepare vacancies for occupancy.
• Perform and supervise HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Inspect apartments, common areas, and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for operations and improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders.
• Support grounds and exterior maintenance; participate in on-call rotations.
