K Komfort Heating & Cooling is seeking a Part-Time HVAC Installer for construction projects in Milwaukee. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, rough-in and finish work on duct systems, and installing HVAC equipment while following codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical HVAC certification preferred.
• Proven HVAC installer experience in construction environments.
• Strong reading of blueprints, schematics and specs.
• Ability to work with foreman and other trades on site.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, and specifications to determine layout and installation sequence.
• Perform rough-in work; lay out and install duct systems and related components per design and codes.
• Finish work: install air handlers, furnaces, condensers, HRVs/ERVs, thermostats, and accessories; ensure proper airflow.
• Install refrigerant piping, condensate drains, and low-voltage wiring per diagrams and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project foreman and other trades for coordinated execution.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
• Ensure installations meet building code requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
