Qualifications

• Master’s degree and significant related experience in human services, sociology, or related field.
• Available to teach daytime hours two or three days a week in-person on the Waterbury, CT campus.
• College transcripts (official) on file with Associate Experience.
• Complete a training session prior to first teaching assignment and follow-up training.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Class Instruction in accordance with learning outcomes and syllabi.
• Classroom Management adhering to Post University policies and engage students.
• Evaluate Student Performance using course deliverables and rubrics.
• Adhere to Course Guidelines and engage students in discussions and activities.
• Respond promptly to grade determinations and input final grades into WebReg.
