Job summary

Catapult Learning, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Intervention Specialist to deliver in-person reading and math intervention at Houston-area private schools. The role is a Wednesday-only, 8am-3:30pm schedule with small groups of 9–12 students.

Eligible candidates are certified teachers with classroom experience who can support student growth and work on-site during school hours. Training and materials are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Texas teaching certification required.
• Experience teaching reading and math in K–12 setting preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to helping all students grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Intervention Specialist, you will:

• Provide in-person reading and math instruction to small groups of 9–12 students
• Use Catapult Learning’s evidence-based curriculum and lesson plans
• Customize instruction to meet student needs and skill levels
• Create a positive, engaging learning environment
• Track academic progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with school staff to support student success
