Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR functions (benefits, payroll, compliance, recruiting)
• Familiarity with HRIS and data integrity best practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information
• Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment and changes for health, dental, and 401(k) plans
• Administer HRIS onboarding, offboarding, and records maintenance
• Assist with workers’ comp, unemployment, and safety compliance
• Support recruiting, job postings, candidate screening, and offer letters
• Maintain employee records, policies, and HR documentation
• Coordinate payroll updates and respond to employee payroll questions
