Qualifications

• Experience in human resources tasks including onboarding, interviewing, counseling, and accounts payable.
• Assists with payroll processing.
• Performs standard HR administrative duties and supports HR Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to the HR Director on personnel matters.
• Assists with payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
• Verifies I-9 documentation and completes I-9 forms; tracks updates.
• Assists with recruitment and interview process.
• Schedules meetings and interviews; reserves facilities as needed.
• Files employee papers and maintains accurate employee records.
• Prepares correspondence and new employee files; processes mail.
