Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeping Team Member for Mesa Convention Center in Mesa, AZ. You will perform daily cleaning of event spaces, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of custodial experience, with the possibility of nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. On-site work with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day cleaning of the interior and exterior of the Arena.
• Sweep, mop, buff, dust, vacuum, and window clean.
• Clean restrooms including trash removal, restocking, urinals, sinks and toilets.
• Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers/sweepers, buffers and related tools.
• Other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Lead or Operations Manager.

POSITION: Housekeeping Team Member Part-Time

LOCATION: Mesa Convention Center | Mesa, AZ

ABOUT MESA CONVENTION CENTER

Located in downtown Mesa, Arizona, Mesa Convention Center is the largest event venue in the East Valley. The venue features nearly 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space, 26 breakout rooms, 40,000 square feet of outdoor function space, and an outdoor amphitheater with capacity for up to 5,000 guests. From conferences and trade shows to community gatherings, festivals, and live entertainment, Mesa Convention Center provides a versatile setting for memorable events and experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Housekeeping team plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests, clients, and staff at Mesa Convention Center. This position is responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of event, meeting, and public spaces, including restrooms and outdoor areas, while supporting the venue's operational readiness for a wide variety of events. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is dependent and detail-oriented, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Day-to-day cleaning of the interior and exterior of the Arena.
• Sweeping, mopping, buffing, dusting, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
• Clean restrooms including, but not limited to, removal of trash, restock paper products, and clean urinals, sinks, and toilets.
• Must be willing to operate various types of cleaning equipment including, but not limited to: vacuums, floor scrubbers/sweepers, buffers, various cleaning tools, and any other equipment or tools used by the Housekeeping Department.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Housekeeping Lead or Operations Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1-2 years of custodial or housekeeping experience required
