FirstService Residential is seeking a part-time Housekeeper/Janitor in Gallatin, TN. The role involves cleaning, inspecting, and reporting on building conditions, with duties ranging from interior upkeep to exterior maintenance and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Multiple language fluency desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties (sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, window cleaning).
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies.
• Maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines for hazardous chemicals.
• Removes trash and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Cleans restrooms and maintains dispensers; reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Ensures safety procedures are followed and equipment is maintained.
