Extended Stay America, operated by ESA Management, LLC, is looking for a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in line with our standards. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, inventory maintenance, and safe operation within a hotel setting.

The position involves following guidelines, providing assistance to guests, and supporting front-desk operations as needed. Training is provided, and compensation aligns with industry norms for hotel housekeeping roles.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to follow company standards and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as necessary and directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues directly to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in a check-out room directly to the front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists and provides reasonable accommodation in response to guest requests whenever possible and practical.
• Complies with all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes all required and annual Extended Stay University training.
