Job summary

Extended Stay America is hiring Housekeepers to maintain clean guest rooms in line with our standards and procedures. The role emphasizes guest experience, timely upkeep of carts and laundry areas, and adherence to safety policies.

You will support the front desk by reporting issues and assist with guest requests, while completing required training to uphold service quality. This is a on-site position with weekly pay and benefits in a hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions, policies and guidelines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with manager and staff.
• Ability to apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms according to company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk or manager on duty.
• Reports remaining guest property in check-out rooms to front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists with guest requests and safety procedures.
• Completes Extended Stay University training.
