TerraBella Salisbury is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain a clean and inviting living environment for residents. You will perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks across apartments, common areas, and offices, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, dependability, and a respectful attitude toward seniors. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds supports the demands of the position.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents speaking the primary language.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Interest in working with a senior population.
• Interacts with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) in apartments, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Sweeps, dusts, mops, vacuums floors, rotates runners in hallways and entryways.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes lavatories and fixtures; stocks dispensers.
• Maintains equipment and materials; collects trash and redistributes laundry.
• Reports repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper; performs other duties as assigned.
