Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain a welcoming home for residents. You’ll perform cleaning duties, create a comfortable living space, and build connections with residents, guests, and team members.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and reliability, with a morning shift and the opportunity to contribute to a close-knit, servant-hearted community that values respect, honesty, kindness, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in housekeeping in hospitality, commercial or residential settings preferred.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 8:00am–12:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences; adjust apartment cleaning to meet individual needs.
• Clean residents' apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchens/bathrooms, linens, trash, seasonal tasks).
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments after residents move out and care for vacant apartments.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites by vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, restocking supplies, and checking HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas; use only approved cleaning products and PPE safety guidelines; wash, dry, and care for linens.
