Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain a clean, welcoming home for residents. You’ll work with a caring team to ensure apartments and common spaces meet residents’ expectations.

Responsibilities include cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, changing linens, and seasonal tasks; you'll build genuine connections with residents and guests while following safety guidelines and using approved products.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Experience in housekeeping in hospitality, commercial or residential settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences; adjust cleaning accordingly.
• Clean apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule; vacuum, mop, dust, kitchens/bathrooms, linens, trash.
• Perform deep cleaning of vacated apartments and prep for new residents.
• Prepare model apartments and guest suites; vacuum, sanitize, restock supplies and check HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage; follow PPE guidelines and use approved products.
