The Fairways at Naples in Florida is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Housekeeper to perform apartment cleaning, laundry, and common-area upkeep while respecting residents’ privacy. The role requires attention to detail and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

You will work with residents and management to maintain a clean, safe environment in this community-focused facility, following all regulatory standards and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have one year of experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsabilités

• Visit assigned residences to perform basic apartment cleaning including bathrooms and floors.
• Change bedding and linens weekly; accommodate resident requests with potential extra fee.
• Interact with residents in a friendly manner and communicate health concerns to management.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas: entry, reception, corridors, bathrooms, dining room.
• Clean floors and carpets, set up safety signs, ensure proper sanitization.
• Clean public restrooms and sanitize fixtures.
• Handle hazardous cleaning supplies per procedures and labeling.
• Attend in-service training and on-the-job programs as scheduled.
• Respond to resident emergencies per protocol and assist with disasters.
