Alpine Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Xenia, OH is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and comfort for our residents. This part-time role features a rotating weekend shift from 1 PM to 9 PM and offers a supportive team environment.

You will clean and disinfect patient rooms and common areas, restock supplies, and collaborate with staff to ensure safety and compliance. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, common areas, and equipment per protocols.
• Restock linens, toiletries, and other supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, and dining rooms.
• Respond to resident requests and concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments for a seamless and efficient work environment.
• Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
