• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, including hallways, lobbies, and dining rooms.
• Respond to resident requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient work environment.
• Follow established policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
