Job summary

Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Shane Hill is seeking a part-time housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff in Ohio.

Responsibilities include following infection control procedures, cleaning resident areas and common spaces, operating cleaning equipment, and reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly; teamwork and reliability are essential to ensure high quality resident care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic as needed.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carries out cleaning duties as directed by Environmental Services Director.
• Ensures daily and deep cleaning schedules are followed.
• Maintains high personal presentation and hygiene.
• Uses cleaning equipment correctly and safely; reports defects.
• Maintains residents' privacy and dignity; adheres to infection control policies.
• Follows PPE requirements and completes daily documentation.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director.
