Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a part-time housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community for residents and staff. The role includes laundering towels and bed linens, cleaning resident apartments, and performing duties in common areas and the laundry room.

Salary ranges from $16.50 to $17.75 per hour. Training is provided, and benefits are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred, but training will be provided.
• Understanding of proper handling of biohazardous waste.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by supervisor.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to standards.
• Vacuum all areas completely and empty wastebaskets.
• Wash interior windows as needed.
• Maintain a clean laundry room and store chemicals per instructions.
