Job summary

Bridgewater Park Assisted Living is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe spaces for residents and staff. The role follows established housekeeping guidelines and collaborates with Nursing Services to meet care standards.

Responsibilities include keeping schedules, reporting hazards, honoring residents' rights, and supporting a positive living environment. Competitive pay, referral bonuses, and DailyPay options are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
• Thorough understanding of safe and effective housekeeping practices

Responsibilities

• Follow established housekeeping guidelines and quality assurance standards
• Maintain cleaning schedules for assigned area
• Coordinate routine/terminal isolation procedures with Nursing Services
• Maintain knowledge of safety regulations, policies and procedures
• Report unsafe/hazardous conditions, defective equipment, etc. to supervisor
• Honoring the residents’ personal and property rights
• Filing complaints/grievances with supervisor in a timely fashion
