Job summary

Bridgewater by Legacy Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments, common areas, and community spaces to the highest cleanliness and sanitation standards.

You'll work closely with residents, families, and team members to keep areas tidy, safe, and welcoming, contributing to a comfortable home-like environment for seniors. The role offers competitive hourly pay and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of housekeeping or related experience.
• Basic cleaning techniques and sanitation knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in tidy spaces.
• Dependable, hardworking, and team oriented.
• Effective communication with supervisors, coworkers, residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine housekeeping in resident apartments, rooms, and common areas.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop to maintain cleanliness.
• Sanitize bathrooms and surfaces to high standards.
• Change bed linens and keep rooms tidy and organized.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste safely.
• Complete duties according to priorities set by Housekeeping Supervisor.
