Job summary

Pepper’s Personal Assistants is seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support a busy professional family in Ballard, Seattle. The role covers household management, errands, meal prep, and coordinating services, with a flexible schedule and a pay rate of $29–$32 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

One to two years of relevant professional experience in household management or transferable skills, personal or executive assistance, hospitality, luxury service, or comparable client-focused work.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities without day-to-day supervision.
Practical problem-solving skills: you notice gaps, research options, recommend solutions, and recognize when to ask for guidance.
Clear written and verbal communication, discretion, dependable follow-through, and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain practical organization systems, including decluttering, household resets, seasonal organization, and longer-term projects.
Manage grocery shopping, errands, dishes, and light household upkeep.
Provide pet care as assigned.
Coordinate appointments, deliveries, vendors, home maintenance, travel arrangements, and other assigned services.
Handle approved purchases within authorized budgets, maintain receipts, and follow through on outstanding details.
