Sage Haus is seeking a part-time House Manager to support a busy Arlington, VA household. The role runs 16–20 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday 2:00–6:00 PM, with potential for extra hours for occasional childcare.

Compensation ranges from $30–$35 per hour, starting December 1, 2026, with some flexibility. The right candidate will manage household operations, coordinate vendors, prep meals, handle errands, and provide light childcare when needed.

Qualificações

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with cats.
• Prior household management experience preferred.
• Able to navigate multiple flights of stairs.

Responsabilidades

• Meal support: prep weeknight dinners, batch-prep lunches, snacks, and grocery shopping.
• Household organization and maintenance: tidy spaces and prep for cleaners.
• Laundry and linens: full laundry and weekly linen rotation.
• Inventory and errands: restock supplies, handle mail, gift shopping, and donations.
• Vendor and property oversight: supervise cleaners/contractors during visits.
• Vehicle upkeep: schedule maintenance and car washes.
• Pet care: feed cats and clean litter boxes.
• Family support: pickup child from school and calendar awareness; light childcare as needed.
