Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before start date.
• Smoke-free environment required.
• Vaccinations up to date per AAP and CDC guidelines (including flu, Tdap, COVID-19).
• Reliable personal transportation with mileage reimbursement.
• Fragrance-light presence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meal Support: prepare dinners 3+ times weekly, ready to heat and serve.
• Laundry & linens: wash, fold, organize, iron/steam as needed.
• Household organization: daily resets, home prep for cleaners, systematize storage.
• Inventory & errands: restock pantry, manage household orders, return items.
• Deep cleaning & projects: handle fridge, pantry, oven cleanups; coordinate upgrades.
• Vendor & property oversight: act as on-site contact for cleaners/contractors, vet quotes.
• Family support: light supervision or backup childcare when needed, pet care for cats.
• Vehicle upkeep: organize and reset vehicle interiors, fuel for trips.
