Location: Georgetown, Texas 78628

Schedule: Four days per week, afternoon availability required. Core hours approximately 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP
We are an intentional, busy family of five living in Georgetown, Texas. We both work full‑time from home in demanding careers, and most days involve balancing work, school schedules, activities, meals, and all the moving pieces of family life. Our kids (9, 7, and 5) are active, curious, and independent, and we work hard to create a home environment that feels grounded and connected.
The biggest challenge in our household isn't any single task, but the mental load of managing all the moving pieces. No two weeks look exactly the same, and coordinating activities, appointments, school logistics, and day‑to‑day household needs can quickly become overwhelming. Having the right support would allow us to spend less time managing the details and more time focusing on our family, our work, and the things that matter most.
We are a low‑screen household by choice. Our kids are more likely to be found building Legos, playing outside, reading, or practicing Spanish than sitting in front of a device. We value a strong work ethic, healthy food, and organizational systems that make everyday life easier.
You are proactive, highly organized, and naturally take ownership of your work. You notice what needs attention, address it without being asked, and enjoy creating systems that make a household run more smoothly. You're dependable, self‑directed, and take genuine pride in doing things well.
You are professional and trustworthy. You know how to build positive relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries, and you're comfortable working alongside busy professionals who value discretion, competence, and follow‑through. Your work speaks for itself because you consistently do what you say you're going to do.
You thrive in an environment where no two weeks look exactly the same. Experience supporting families with school‑age children is important, and Spanish fluency or a passion for language learning would be a wonderful bonus. Above all, you're someone who helps lighten the mental load and creates the kind of support that allows a family to breathe a little easier.
