About Our Family

We’re a busy family of four living in Austin’s Crestview neighborhood with our two daughters, ages 7 and 9. Between a physician’s schedule, a growing tech company, school, activities, and frequent visits from extended family, life moves quickly around here. Our days are full, but we genuinely enjoy this season of life and are looking for someone who can help bring a sense of calm and consistency behind the scenes.

Our home is a place where family and friends naturally gather. We love spending time together, sharing meals, and creating a home that feels welcoming, organized, and well cared for. We also believe in raising capable, independent kids, so you'll often see our daughters helping with age-appropriate chores and learning life skills alongside us.

We already have biweekly house cleaners and a landscaper, so we're not looking for someone to replace those services. Instead, we're hoping to find someone who takes pride in creating order behind the scenes and enjoys keeping the day-to-day details of our home organized and well cared for.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

You are proactive, organized, and naturally take ownership of your work. You notice what needs to be done without waiting to be asked and enjoy creating systems that make everyday life run more smoothly. You manage your time well, think a few steps ahead, and take pride in finding practical solutions that lighten the mental load for a busy family. If you see a better way to organize a space, streamline a routine, or solve an ongoing challenge, you’re confident enough to speak up and take initiative.

You’ll spend much of your day working independently while one parent works from home, so you're comfortable making thoughtful decisions without needing constant direction. You're equally happy folding laundry, preparing ingredients for dinner, coordinating grocery orders, tackling an organizing project, or helping our daughters with a snack or getting them out the door for an activity. You understand that it's the small, everyday details that help a home feel calm, organized, and cared for.

Above all, you take pride in anticipating needs, following through, and becoming someone we can trust to help our household run smoothly every day.
