Sage Haus in Whispering Pines, NC seeks a Part-time House Manager / Family Assistant to support a busy family with daily routines, errands, and light housekeeping.

You will manage school pickups, meal prep following Whole30/Paleo guidelines, laundry, and pet care, while maintaining calendars, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a warm, organized home. This role requires proactive, discreet, reliable support.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Fragrance-free or fragrance-light; committed to non-toxic cleaning products
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance; mileage reimbursement provided
• CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification prior to start
• Willing to sign an NDA and respect household privacy
• Ability to navigate a multi-level home throughout the day

Responsibilities

• School pickups and school entry checks, ensuring missing assignments are noted
• Backpack, lunchbox unpacking and restocking; support homework
• Oversee homework and school calendar; plan backwards to meet deadlines
• Transport to after-school activities and travel support during parent trips
• Daily tidying, dishes, vacuuming, and home resets
• Meal prep 2–3 dinners per week following Whole30/Paleo guidelines
• Laundry, linens, organization of drawers/closets
• Grocery shopping, errands, groceries and subscriptions management
• Pet care: drive dog to appointments, walks, feeding, travel support
• Vendor coordination and occasional house maintenance coordination
