Job summary

Cambria Hotel Portland Downtown Old Port is seeking experienced and friendly Part-time Servers to join our restaurant team in Portland, ME. You will be the face of our dining experience, delivering attentive service and guiding guests through menu options.

You will greet guests, take orders, deliver items, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness and brand standards. A 7-day rotational schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale system.
• Must be at least 18 years old; HS diploma preferred.
• Previous server experience preferred; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables and kitchen as needed.
• Answer questions about the menu and maintain knowledge of items.
• Ensure guests are satisfied and handle any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock in dining areas; assist with setup and closing tasks.
