Hotel Equities is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for Courtyard Marriott of Jonesboro, AR. This part-time role focuses on safe, efficient upkeep of hotel facilities through routine and preventive maintenance and timely guest service.

Requires a high school diploma and 1 year of related experience; Marriott experience is a plus. Pay is $15.00–$17.00 per hour with benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of related maintenance experience is preferred.
• Marriott experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency.
• Collaborate with external vendors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of tools and work areas.
