Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a part-time Hotel Line Cook to join our team. You will prepare food to brand standards with attention to presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures at a Concord-managed hotel.

Key responsibilities include following recipes, documenting food containers per SOP, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and accommodating guest requests. We offer competitive wages and benefits, with training and development opportunities. Pay starts at $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
• Proper Documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
• Practice safety standards at all times
• Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
• Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles
• Responsible for general cleanup to include washing dishes during shift
