Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Hotel Line Cook to join our on-site kitchen in Wilson, NC. The role focuses on producing dishes with consistency by following brand recipe cards and maintaining safe serving temperatures.

You will ensure proper documentation, follow rotations per SOP, and uphold safety standards while arriving in a clean uniform and ready to serve. You will also handle guest requests with care and stay proactive with ordering and equipment upkeep.
