Job summary

Residence Inn Exton is seeking a courteous Laundry Attendant to wash, iron, fold, and distribute linens and towels, ensuring clean, well-organized supply rooms for hotel operations.

You will operate washing machines/dryers, pre-treat stains, sort laundry by type, and maintain a clean work area in accordance with Highgate Hotel Standards. Flexible hours and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards.

Responsibilities

• Wash, iron, fold and distribute soiled linens, towels, napkins and tablecloths.
• Understand operation of washing machines and dryers.
• Load and unload washes according to standards.
• Sort all hotel linen according to type, color, size.
• Pre-treat stained linen before washing.
• Maintain clean work area and equipment as trained.
• Sweep and mop laundry floors and keep carts organized.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
