Hotel Investment Services seeks a reliable Part-Time Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant to keep guest rooms and public areas clean, and to wash, dry, fold, and stock linens to established standards.

The role requires efficiency, adherence to safety procedures, and courteous service to guests and coworkers. Availability for mornings, weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings may be needed; compensation is based on experience and applicable law.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or laundry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned public areas according to established standards.
• Make beds; replace linens and towels; dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces and fixtures.
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other washable items.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and use cleaning products according to labels and procedures.
• Restock guest supplies, housekeeping carts, linen closets, and laundry areas.
• Inspect rooms and linens for cleanliness, damage, stains, or missing items and report concerns promptly.
• Respond courteously to reasonable guest requests and protect guest privacy and property.
• Remove trash and transport soiled linens using proper handling and sanitation practices.
• Maintain clean, organized housekeeping and laundry work areas.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, lost-and-found items, and inventory shortages to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow workplace safety, infection-control, chemical-handling, and security procedures.
• Assist coworkers and complete other housekeeping or laundry duties as assigned.
