Job summary

Hampton Inn South Anderson SC is seeking a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team, manage labor and costs, and uphold the hotel's cleanliness standards.

Key duties include conducting shift meetings, inspecting rooms and public areas, maintaining logs and inventories, and coordinating with maintenance for timely requests while ensuring safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must have a valid driver's license from the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff and labor and cost control.
• Manage daily shift meetings and monthly department meetings.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces to ensure sanitation and brand standards.
• Maintain inventories, logs, and process invoices with proper coding.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely requests and property upkeep.
• Ensure OSHA and ADA policies are followed and maintained.
