Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent of same.
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must have a valid driver's license from the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the Housekeeping Team; conduct daily shift and monthly department meetings.
• Inspect all hotel areas to ensure sanitation, brand standards, and health and safety.
• Maintain supplies and inventory; log and process invoices for payment.
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and perform safety and security key control.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for timely upkeep and staff training; support guest issues professionally.
