Job summary

Paragon Hotel Company in Blythewood is seeking a part-time Houseman to keep the hotel facilities in excellent condition and assist room attendants and maintenance staff. The role involves cleaning, upkeep of public areas, the grounds, and support for guest services.

You will perform basic maintenance tasks, follow cleaning procedures, and communicate with guests and staff. A minimum 1 year in a branded hotel and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent of same.
• Must display professionalism and have characteristics of honesty and trustworthiness.
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel grounds/parking areas, public spaces, guestrooms, and corridors in excellent condition.
• Assist room attendants and maintenance with minor repairs and work orders.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols; respond to guest requests promptly.
• Support the guestroom team with stocking carts and supplies as needed.
