Job summary

Goose Island Pub at the Salt Shed in Chicago is seeking part-time, energetic Host/Busser/Runner to join our hospitality team. This seasonal role supports fast-paced dining operations and beer service, helping create a welcoming guest experience.

You will greet guests, manage seating, assist servers, and keep the dining area clean and organized while delivering the high-quality service Goose Island is known for.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Current Food Service Sanitation certification is required.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with seating or table assignments.
• Assist servers with plating, delivering food and beverage items.
• Keep dining area clean and well stocked; bussing tables as needed.
• Support operations during peak hours in a busy pub setting.
