You will document progress, manage schedules, and respond to medical or behavioral situations following agency procedures. A valid DSP background and training are required.

Qualifications

• Must have Direct Service Professional training or equivalent.
• Two years of college or six years of related Direct Support Professional experience.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee host family caregivers and monitor host family homes with monthly visits.
• Maintain and update medication records, progress notes, and safety drills.
• Support members in achieving independent living goals and community integration.
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings; respond to emergencies per health and safety procedures.
