Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production reports for management to ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the primary contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees; encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
