Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA. The role oversees shift Operations, ensures policy compliance, and manages associates on site with rotating weekend duties.

Qualified candidates bring at least 1 year of supervisory experience in food service. A $750 sign-on bonus is offered, with half paid at 30 days and the remainder at 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Serve as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
