Qualifications

• Healthcare/medical-related experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard Card/license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; provide escorts and report suspicious activity.
• Complete accurate incident reports and logs per procedures.
